Skip-planed mixed hardwood offers a variety of oak, hickory, beech, elm, ash and maple that has been carefully chosen from centuries old Pennsylvania barns and manicured to a more refined look from our mixed hardwood flooring. Skip planing is a technique that allows us to lightly smooth reclaimed wood flooring panels yet leave all of its texture, character, and history.

Our mixed hardwood variety provides flooring that displays different grain patterns, historic markings, and tones ranging from light to dark brown. More than our smooth-planed mixed hardwood flooring, this flooring shows the most evidence of its historic age and former functional life.
